"Thank you Hafez for your professionalism and skills both in the purchase of my Univercity condominium, and 2 1/2 years later in the sale.  When I purchased I really appreciated how you took the time to understand my situation (starting a consulting company) and helped me find the right condo to support that purpose - many different personal and business variables were involved.  Now 2 1/2 years later I have moved into a house and the business is thriving.  In no small part due to the short term equity gain realized from my Univercity condo which helped me launch the business through the tough times.  I lived for 2 1/2 years at $300/month net.  As an active guy the Univercity experience was a great one, you really nailed it for me.  Thanks again Hafez.

I had a great experience using Hafez Panju as my Realtor.  The service I received when selling my townhouse at SFU’s Univercity was exceptional.  The photos that he arranged for the listing were professional quality and I was very happy with the aggressive marketing strategy put in place by Hafez.  His knowledge of the local market, especially the SFU area, is extensive.   Hafez’s service and personal attention resulted in a quick sale, at almost full price, after multiple offers were received.  He made sure I thoroughly understood each offer and accepted the one that was best for me.  I also appreciated Hafez walking me through all the selling steps until the sale was closed!
 

Regardless of whether you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend Hafez– I could not have asked for a better Realtor to guide me through this process.

"Hafez was very professional and friendly. I was leery about dealing with a realtor after two unsatisfactory phone interviews with other potential realtors. However, I immediately clicked with Hafez over the phone and decided upon meeting that I wanted to work with him. He worked hard to listen to what we thought we needed and was very supportive when we reversed course and went with something completely different than we had first described. Our purchase was very simple and quick but Hafez shone at every opportunity he had from arranging meetings through getting us an extra fob at his expense."

"Moving is never easy, however if you have the pleasure of dealing with a good realtor somehow it changes things. We were lucky, we had a great realtor, Hafez Panju. We had a nice house, my husband made some great updates to it, but alas he wanted more projects, so it was time to think about moving. Even with all the extras to make our house showhome ready, it was a task for Hafez to make sure it was perfect, and with his incredible attention to detail and obvious experience he guided us to make some minor and major changes.
 
At any given time, Hafez was available to us whether it was to find out when an open house was taking place or to get information on a new listing he was always armed and ready with the latest information. When our house did sell in 6 days for 99.5% of the asking price, like most major transactions we ran into an issue with a side shed on our house, but without fail Hafez was there to make sure we were not shaken by the news always reassuring us that all was going to be o.k.. Hafez even went as far as going to City Hall to pull permits and confirm bylaws taking care of it all for us. Hafez was very clear and precise on all that was happening and kept us in the loop so we were never concerned or left feeling confused.
 
Of course after all was said and done the papers were signed and it was confirmed, we needed a new house! I don't know if using Hafez as our realtor when we purchased our new home was thanks enough, but I do know I would recommend him to any family or friend that is looking to buy or sell a house. Thanks again Hafez- amazing job!! "

From accurate pricing, key staging suggestions, an excellent marketing campaign and literally round-the-clock access, we had complete confidence in Hafez as our agent.
