We are residents of Ontario and were looking to buy some property in Burnaby. As we were new to the BC real estate market we really wanted someone that we could put our faith in and that would look after our best interests.

When we first contacted Hafez we immediately felt that he was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, history on the area and market conditions.

Hafez gave us a very good understanding of the differences in the two markets and was there step... by step with us throughout the entire buying procedure even though we were thousands of kilometers away during the whole process. Being a first time homebuyer can be a scary and overwhelming process. Hafez was recommended to us by a work colleague and after hearing the positive experience ...that they had with Hafez, we decided to contact him. After a little bit of back and forth Hafez was able to build us a customized online portal with places that were within our price range, and in the area (SFU) that we wanted to purchase in. When there were some places that interested us Hafez took us for a showing and went over the entire purchasing process in full detail. Hafez was extremely knowledgable in the SFU (UniverCity) community which helped us immensely during the process. Throughout the time we were looking for places, to when we put in an offer, and finally had an accepted offer, Hafez answered the millions of questions we threw at him in full detail and always encouraged more questions. The photos that he arranged for the listing were professional quality and I was very happy with the aggressive marketing strategy put in place by Hafez. His knowledge of the local market, especially the SFU area, is extensive. Hafez’s service and personal attention resulted in a quick sale, at almost full price, after multiple offers were received. He made sure I thoroughly understood each offer and accepted the one that was best for me. I also appreciated Hafez walking me through all the selling steps until the sale was closed!

"Moving is never easy, however if you have the pleasure of dealing with a good realtor somehow it changes things. We were lucky, we had a great realtor, Hafez Panju. We had a nice house, my husband made some great updates to it, but alas he wanted more projects, so it was time to think about moving. Even with all the extras to make our house showhome ready, it was a task for Hafez to make sure it was perfect, and with his incredible attention to detail and obvious experience he guided us to make some minor and major changes.

At any given time, Hafez was available to us whether it was to find out when an open house was taking place or to get information on a new listing he was always armed and ready with the latest information. When our house did sell in 6 days for 99.5% of the asking price, like most major transactions we ran into an issue with a side shed on our house, but without fail Hafez was there to make sure we were not shaken by the news always reassuring us that all was going to be o.k.. Hafez even went as far as going to City Hall to pull permits and confirm bylaws taking care of it all for us. Hafez was very clear and precise on all that was happening and kept us in the loop so we were never concerned or left feeling confused.

Of course after all was said and done the papers were signed and it was confirmed, we needed a new house! I don't know if using Hafez as our realtor when we purchased our new home was thanks enough, but I do know I would recommend him to any family or friend that is looking to buy or sell a house.
